UK Delivery

All orders ship from the UK.

• Standard: £4.99 — 3-5 working days
• Express: £7.99 — 1-2 working days
• Free Shipping: On all orders over £50

Orders before 2pm on weekdays go out the same day.

International

UK only for now. Sign up to the newsletter and we'll let you know when that changes.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking email when your order ships. Follow it through Royal Mail or our courier partner.

Returns

30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Full refund to your original payment method. Free returns if we sent you the wrong thing or it arrived damaged.

We can't accept returns on towels that have been used or washed, for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

Starting a return is simple:

• Email us at hello@twotoned.co.uk with your order number
• We'll send you a returns label and instructions
• Pack your item securely and drop it at your nearest Post Office
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your return

Arrived Damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with your order number, a photo, and a quick note about what's wrong. We'll replace it or refund it — your call.
